Agreement
Veracourse is a product operated by Relentless Power Tech House. By accessing Veracourse, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorised to act for the organisation associated with your workspace. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Veracourse is a business service. It is not intended for personal or household use by children.
Access and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and use the service only for legitimate programme assurance and delivery activities. Workspace administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and promptly removing access that is no longer required.
You must not attempt to defeat security controls, probe another workspace, introduce malicious code, overload the service, reverse engineer protected components, or use Veracourse in a way that infringes law or another person's rights.
Customer data and connectors
Your organisation retains its rights in programme data submitted to Veracourse. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, back up and present that data to authorised users.
You are responsible for having the right to provide the data, configuring source access, and deciding which people should see it. Veracourse connectors are designed to be read-only where supported. We will not intentionally write back to a source system unless a future feature is clearly described and separately authorised.
Decision support, not delegated accountability
Veracourse identifies patterns, tests evidence and prepares findings or options. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must be evaluated in context by appropriately qualified people. Your organisation remains responsible for programme, financial, legal, safety and delivery decisions.
The service is not legal, accounting, investment or safety advice.
Service, confidentiality and security
We aim to operate Veracourse with reasonable care and skill. Preview or pilot functions may change as they are developed. Planned maintenance, urgent security work and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
Each party must protect the other party's confidential information and use it only for the relationship. We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service. Customers must also secure their devices, identity providers and source systems.
Intellectual property
Veracourse and its licensors retain rights in the service, product design, software, documentation and brand. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying your organisation or disclosing its confidential information.
Suspension and ending access
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, prevent unlawful use, respond to a security risk, or address a material breach. We will give notice where practical. Access ends in line with the applicable order form, pilot agreement or customer contract.
On request and subject to the governing agreement, we will support a reasonable export or deletion process for customer data. Some information may remain temporarily in protected backups or where retention is required by law.
Liability, law and contact
Any warranties, liability limits, payment terms and governing law in an executed customer agreement take priority. Where no such agreement exists, the service is provided as available to the fullest extent permitted by law, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Neither party may transfer its rights without the other's consent, except as part of a genuine corporate reorganisation or sale of substantially all relevant assets. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.
